Just like the Baltic Sea. Different shades of green, from dark green to almost white elements. Lively, playful and in constant motion.
Baltic Green is a granite with a lot of depth. The irregular patterns create an almost three-dimensional effect.
Its hardness makes it well suited for both floors and countertops. Its ability to resist air pollution also makes it suitable for facades.
We found the stone in Ylämaa, Finland. There is a long tradition of quarrying here, both of granite and of the mineral spectrolite (a form of anthrosite used primarily for gemstones). Perhaps it is not surprising that we also find a gemstone village here with international exhibitions and seminars.
Baltic Green is one of the most famous green granites from Scandinavia, and one of the more well-known stones among architects.
